Micro-Perforated Film

Micro-holes in the mushroom packaging material allow air to pass through and sustain the rate of respiration. The method of micro-perforation entails creating holes in the film with a diameter of 1 mm to 2 mm using laser, cold, or hot needles.
For packaged mushrooms, micro-perforation is necessary because the film ensures that the contents can breathe and that the air inside the container can move around. It aids in maintaining the contents' quality, freshness, and integrity and extends their shelf life. The 5-line micro-perforation is the most typical; however, depending on the customer or the application, we can manufacture other patterns of micro-perforation.

Biological Film
